ListShield Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ListShield ("the App"), a Shopify app provided by Concordance Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.

What ListShield is

ListShield is a software tool that helps you organise and display EU GPSR product-safety information (manufacturer details, EU responsible persons, safety warnings) on your store. It also provides general educational content about GPSR.

Not legal advice — you are responsible for compliance

ListShield does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice, does not act as your legal representative, and does not warrant that using the App will make you compliant with the GPSR or any other law. All content and guidance is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific products and situation. You are solely responsible for determining your obligations and for achieving and maintaining compliance. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship; ListShield is not a law firm.

Service provided "as is"

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or compliance with any law or regulation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App or its content is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including fines, penalties, lost sales, or marketplace delisting.

Your responsibilities & indemnity

You are responsible for the accuracy of the product and compliance information you enter, and for your own compliance decisions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your products, your compliance decisions, or your reliance on the App's informational content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed securely through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time via Shopify.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
