ListShield helps Shopify merchants add EU GPSR product-safety compliance information — manufacturer and EU responsible-person details, safety warnings, and identifiers — to their products, and display them on the storefront. We're here to help you get set up and resolve any issues.

Common questions

• How do I show compliance info on my product pages? After adding a manufacturer and assigning it to products, open your theme editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize), open a product template, and add the "GPSR compliance" app block.
• When do I need an EU Responsible Person? GPSR requires an EU-established responsible person when your manufacturer is located outside the EU/EEA. If your manufacturer is in the EU/EEA, it acts as the economic operator and a separate responsible person is not required.
• Which languages does the widget support? The storefront widget renders in the buyer's language; English, German, French, and Spanish ship built-in, with more available on request.

Billing

Plans and charges are handled securely through Shopify billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plans page.
